We felt like we were in our own world away from it all. The hotel is located just outside the old walls of the town, very near the main tourist thoroughfare but in a quiet spot on a side street. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable and we were impressed with the facilities, especially the superb pool and the very nice tennis court. Additionally, the staff was super helpful and nice, making our stay even more enjoyable.

This hotel is in a great location, just off the town centre in a quiet back street. It is close to all shops, restaurants, and is about a 10-minute walk to the bus station and the cable car that goes down to Isola Bella, and a 5-minute walk to the old Teatro.

The bus station and cable car that goes down to Isola Bella are just a short walk away. The hotel facilities are top-notch, with a beautiful pool and a tennis court. The staff is extremely welcoming and helpful. The cleanliness of the hotel is impressive, everything is well-maintained.
Nothing negative to say.
The location of the hotel was ideal, situated just outside the main pedestrian street. I could easily explore the city and enjoy the beautiful views from the terraces. The staff at the hotel were exceptional, especially the night porter and Prince, who worked during breakfast and check-in. They were professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable.
There was nothing I didn't like.
